Our Personnel

It is NRA’s sincere desire to become aware of your needs and respond to them promptly and efficiently.  One of the most important factors in our client relationship is effective communication. We accomplish this through the Director of Client Services and the entire Client Service Department’s efforts.

Each client is assigned a dedicated Client Service Representative to handle all the client's needs. Senior management is kept abreast of the status of each client's account and, should the need arise, can step in to assist the client or representative.

We are a skilled multilingual team of licensed, bonded and insured collection professionals, dedicated to serving clients legally and ethically.

Collection personnel and support staff have been carefully selected, screened, and are thoroughly trained and supervised to ensure they are constantly maintaining your good image. All personnel are trained in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and each new employee completes an intensive interactive training process before they begin working with accounts.

Highly trained and motivated collectors are on duty Monday through Saturday, including evenings. NRA collectors are specifically trained in the clients' industry and company backgrounds, utilize extensive computerized databases and sophisticated telephone systems to maximize recovery. Collectors are monitored and supervised at all times by the Collection Manager, Team Leaders and voice recordings.

Attorney Network

NRA utilizes in-house counsel and an external network of ACA-approved Attorneys to pursue legal collections throughout the U.S.  Attorneys pursue accounts in those states in which they are authorized to litigate and will have the knowledge of pursuing collection accounts within various industries.  Attorneys chosen to work with NRA must have a strong ethical track record and performance history.
